In "The Puzzle of Life," doctor and epidemiologist Anders Wallensten helps you seek answers on how to become more content with life. To find the answer, he examines what science says, incorporates wisdom from the elderly who have lived long lives, and draws insights from the philosophies of stoicism and Buddhism.
