March 14, 2025, Stockholm, Sweden – Storify Literary Agency is making a major move into the film industry through a collaboration with experienced film producer Joakim Hansson. Joakim has produced hit films such as The Hunters, the Johan Falk series, and the recent Netflix thriller The Abyss.

With a strong international presence, Storify and Hansson are already in negotiations for multiple film projects in the U.S., Asia, and Sweden. Additionally, they are working to develop new, exciting IPs before finding the right authors to bring them to life.

“We are working closely with Joakim. This collaboration opens up opportunities for both Swedish and international authors to see their stories brought to life on screen,” says Renée Ripman, Head of Agency at Storify Literary Agency. “We aim to discover and elevate new talents while also creating unique concepts from scratch—stories that can thrive both in books and on film.”
